摘要:本文研究了不同退火温度和保温时间对TWIP钢的组织与性能的影响。在本实验中,制定了多种退火工艺,利用不同的温度和保温时间去获得不同组织及性能的试样。在完成退火实验后,利用4XC金相显微镜分析试样的微观组织,利用MH-5显微硬度镜测试试样硬度,利用微机控制电子万能试验机测试试样力学性能。结果表明退火温度与保温时间对TWIP钢的力学性能影响很大,随着温度和保温时间的增加,TWIP钢的硬度、强度减小。不同情况下下的显微组织也有很大不同。再结晶前,退火温度越高,保温时间越长,奥氏体晶粒越小。再结晶后,退火温度越高,保温时间越长,奥氏体晶粒越大。不同情况下TWIP钢的硬度变化也很大,通常情况下,硬度随退火温度的增高与保温时间的增长而降低。36065

After annealing processes,themicrostructure of samples was analyzed by 4XC Metallurgical microscope,test specimenhardness by MH-5 micro hardness test,the mechanical properties of the electronic universaltesting machine with computer controlled electronic universal testing machine.The result showsthat temperature and holding time of annealing processes has certain effects on organizationaltransformation of the TWIP steel.With the increase of temperature and holding time ofannealing processes, hardness and strength will reduce. Microstructure will vary with differenttemperature and holding time of annealing processes.The higher the annealing temperature is,the longer the holding time is, the smaller the austenite grain is. The higher the annealingtemperature is, the longer the holding time is, the higher the austenite grain size is.The changeof the hardness of TWIP steel is also great.Usually, the hardness decreases with the increase ofannealing temperature and holding time.
