摘要:有效的控制油烧缺陷是提高硅钢产品竞争力的主要手段。人们以往对硅钢油烧缺陷的认识不充分,影响产品质量。在本课题中,研究乳化液对于硅钢油烧缺陷的影响,通过判定油烧缺陷的形成条件、形貌和构成,提出油烧缺陷生成机理,确定控制油烧缺陷的方式。乳化液在工艺润滑中具有相当重要的地位,乳化液各个指标性能参数必须严格控制在工艺要求范围内。研究表明:乳化液pH值必须选取得当,在一定范围内, 乳化液浓度越高,pH值越小。若乳化液pH值过高,会引起乳化液颗粒度减小,乳化液稳定,造成润滑不良,从而影响带钢表面的清净性,造成油烧缺陷。

Effect of silicon surface emulsion oil on the oil burning defects
Abstract:Effective control of the oil burning defect is to improve the competitiveness of products silicon principal means. People in the past on the silicon oil burning inadequate understanding of defects affecting product quality. In this issue, the emulsion of the oil burning defects of silicon, by determining the formation of defects oil burning conditions, morphology and composition of the oil burning defect formation mechanism proposed to identify defects in the control oil burning mode. Emulsion lubrication in the process has a very important position, emulsion performance parameters of each index in the process must be strictly controlled within the requirements. Studies show that: Emulsion pH value must be selected properly, in a certain range, the higher the emulsion concentration, pH value is smaller. If the emulsion high pH will cause the emulsion particle size decreases, emulsion stability, resulting in poor lubrication, thus affecting detergency strip surface, resulting in oil burning defects.
