摘要利用金相显微镜观对典型的Q235/304不锈钢、7A52铝/AZ31镁合金、Al-Mg-Al三层爆炸复合板的焊缝及其附近组织形貌进行观察;并用能谱分析仪(EDS)测定了界面附近的元素分布。采用显微硬度测试仪测定界面两侧的显微硬度分布情况。研究结果表明:Q235/304不锈钢、7A52铝/AZ31镁合金、Al-Mg-Al三层爆炸焊复合板界面存在塑性变形、界面熔化、原子间的相互扩散以及波状结合等微观特征。硬度试验表明,离界面越近处,硬度值越高,说明爆炸复合板界面处发生了塑性变形,导致形变硬化。Q235/304不锈钢、7A52铝/AZ31镁合金、Al-Mg-Al三层复合板爆炸复合是压力焊为主导,伴随着元素扩散、界面熔化的“三位一体”的焊接技术。7067

Title Interface characteristics and properties of explosion welded composite plate
Abstract
By metallurgical microscope we could view the weld and nearby organizations of typical Q235/304 stainless steel,7A52 Al alloy/AZ31 Mg alloy and Al-Mg-Al explosion welded clad plate.Near the interface, the element distribution were measured through spectrum analyzer (EDS) ,and on both sides of the interface the microhardness distribution were tested on Microhardness tester.The results show that:Q235 /304 stainless steel,7A52 Al alloy/AZ31 Mg alloy and Al-Mg-Al explosion welded clad plate composite interface existence plastic deformation, interface melting, interdiffusion between the atoms,the wavy interface and some microscopic characteristics.The hardness experiment indicates that nearer the interface, the degree of hardness is higher.It proves that the interface of the explosion welded clad plate existences plastic deformation because of strain hardening. The explosive welding of all these composite metal is determined by pressure welding, with atomic diffusion and the melting of interfaces.
