摘要本文以体积分数为20%的SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料为研究对象,进行了非增强相中间层等离子弧焊接和电子束焊接.研究了非增强相中间层对焊缝外观成形、焊缝质量的影响,以及对比两种焊接方法对铝基复合材料焊接的优劣。实验结果表明,等离子弧焊接时,热影响区较大,会在近缝区引起隆起,同时母材过热度大,Al4C3的生成量多,气孔较分散的分布在焊缝区;电子束焊接时,近缝区无隆起,Al4C3的生成量较少,气孔集中产生于熔合线附近。气孔的产生是两种焊接方法共同的缺点,可以考虑通过降低焊接速度、增加熔池的运动及焊后缓冷来改善。68169

Title Aluminum matrix composite fusion welding process
Abstract
In this paper,with the 20% volume fraction of SiC particles reinforced aluminum matrix composite material as the research object, the non-reinforced insert for layer plasma welding and electron beam welding of aluminum matrix composites, and the direct electron beam welding of aluminum matrix composites. The influence of non-reinforced insert on weld forming characteristics,the welding quality was studied,and the comparison of two kinds of welding method for welding of aluminum matrix composite. Experimental results show that ,when using the plasma welding , the heat affected zone large, it may cause the bulge near the weld zone , while the base metal superheat degree , the production of Al4C3 is large, pore distribution more decentralized weld zone ; when using the electron beam welding, near the weld area without uplift , Al4C3 formation of less stomatal concentrate produced in the fusion line nearby.The generate of pores are common drawback of two welding methods. By reducing the welding speed can be considered to increase the pool of exercise and slow cooling after welding to reduce porosity.
