摘要量子点荧光明亮、稳定,激发光谱宽,发射光谱窄,且发射波长可通过改变材料的粒径大小和组成来调控。量子点的研究已成为一门新兴的交叉科学,是目前最有吸引力的研究领域之一。高量子产率的水溶性量子点在众多领域如发光晶体、薄膜光激发器件,尤其是生物荧光标记中展现出巨大的潜在应用价值。近年来,水溶性量子点作生物荧光标记物的研究取得了长足的进展。相对金属量子点而言,石墨烯量子点无毒害作用,对环境的危害很小,制备成本低廉,它的研究代表了发光纳米粒子研究进入了一个新的阶段。本实验采用水热法制备石墨烯量子点,并通过Raman、TEM、IR、荧光等分析手段进行表征,研究了所制备的石墨烯量子点的结构特征和光学特征。9371

Title Preparation and Characterization of a Graphene Quantum Dots
Abstract
Quantum Dots(QDs)are bright, photo-stable and have a broad excitation spectrum but a narrow emission at wavelengths controlled by the size and the composition of the material. QDs have become one of the most attractive areas of current research and a new kind of interdisciplinary science. Water-soluble quantum dots(QDs) with high photo-luminescence quantum efficiency have shown great potentials in photonic crystals, thin-film light-emitting devices, and especially biological labels. Recently, valuable progress has been achieved in water-soluble QDs as fluorescent biological labels. Relative to the metal quantum dots, graphene QDs have no toxic effects, low harm to the environment, low-cost preparation, witch represents the light-emitting nano-particle research into a new stage. In this study, graphene QDs have been synthesized by hydrothermal methods and characterized with Raman and TEM, IR, fluorescence and other analytical tools to study the structural characteristics and optical property of graphene QDs.
