摘要在经常喝茶、吸烟者的牙齿表面往往牢固地吸附着一层暗褐色的茶渍和烟渍，形成难以去除的外源性污渍，需要用牙膏来防渍除渍。本实验采用湿法工艺制备了含锆牙膏，并对其理化性能进行了分析，研究了配方和工艺参数对牙膏基本性能的影响。采用自制羟基磷灰石粉末模拟牙齿作为色素吸附的底物，用红茶和香烟给预先经牙膏浆上清液处理过的羟基磷灰石粉末染色，通过紫外光谱检测样品处理前后的羟基磷灰石的吸收值，比较其染色深浅来评价牙膏预防外源性牙渍的功效。经实验对照，含锆牙膏样品在外源性牙渍的预防和去除方面具有较好的功效。10189

Title Abstract Regular Tea drinkers ,smokers whose tooth surface is often firmly attached to with a layer of dark brown tea stains and smoke stains. It will be very difficult to remove the exogenous stains unless use the toothpaste. In this study, we prepare a zirconium-containing toothpaste by the wet process. And analyze its physical and chemical properties like the formulation and process parameters on the performance of toothpaste. We simulate teeth as substrate for pigment adsorption by home-made hydroxyapatite powder. The hydroxyapatite will be stained by tea and cigarettes after processed by the toothpaste slurry supernatant. Then we will get absorption values of the samples by ultraviolet spectrum detection. Comparing the dyeing depth we can evaluate the effect of preventing exogenous stains of toothpaste.Zirconium-containing toothpaste samples has a good effect at outside borne tooth stain prevention and removal.

1.1 课题的背景
