摘要：随着我国经济的飞速发展，尤其是加入WTO之后，家庭联产承包责任制与当前经济体制的矛盾日益明显。已有研究表明农地利用效率关系着我国的粮食安全、土地相关政策、劳动力转移以及城镇化等一系列问题。然而，农业经营规模小与土地细碎化等现实状况严重阻碍了我国农地利用效率的提高。鉴于此，本文拟通过利用辽宁省沈阳苏家屯和丹东东港的农户调研数据，比较分析不同农地经营规模对农地利用效率的影响，为切实推进农地适度规模经营提供经验参考，也为提高农业生产绩效、促进农业现代化提供政策参考。研究结果显示：从土地产出效率角度出发，辽宁省水稻种植的适度规模值位于50～60亩之间；从劳动生产率角度出发，最适宜的经营规模文持在60～70亩之间；从资金产值率来看最优经营面积为20～30亩之间以及200亩以上。选取不同绩效指标得出的最优规模不同。经过指标权衡，本论文采用土地产出率为主要指标，得出了辽宁省水稻种植的最优经营规模为50～60亩。33208

Study on the influence of the scale of agricultural land management on the efficiency of agricultural land use -- Based on the survey data of Liaoning Province
Abstract：With the rapid development of China's economy, especially after joining the WTO, the contradiction between the household contract responsibility system and the current economic system is becoming more and more obvious, small farm size and land fragmentation has seriously hindered the efficiency of land utilization increased. Due to the influence of the operating scale of agricultural land use efficiency is related to a series of problems,such as the food security in China,the land policy, labor transfer urbanization and so on. Therefore, this article through the use of Liaoning Province, Shenyang Sujiatun and Dandong Donggang household survey data, comparative analysis of the effect of different land management scale of land utilization efficiency, to provide a reference for promoting the moderate scale management of farmland, to improve agricultural production performance to promote the modernization of agriculture, to provide policy reference.The research results show that: starting from the angle of land output efficiency, moderate scale of Liaoning province rice planting value is 50 ~ 60 acres; starting from the land output efficiency perspective, maintain the most appropriate scale of operation in 60 ~ 70 acres; from the capital output rate of optimal operating area of 20 ~ 30 mu. Select the optimal scale the different performance index is different in view of this, this paper uses the land output rate as the main index, combined with the optimum scale of labor output rate determined, obtained the optimal scale of rice planting in Liaoning province is 50 to 60 acres.
