摘要:当前,我国农业为主地区的生态现状不容乐观,其中厕所简陋、人畜共处、柴草乱堆、垃圾乱堆、污水随意排倒显得尤为突出。造成这些问题的原因主要是，历史欠账太多；地方经济结构不合理；地方生态建设经验不足;农民思想认识有待提高；生态建设缺乏智力支撑；生态建设方面立法不完善。为加快建设社会主义新农村，必须大力整治环境，改善农村环境；积极因时因地地发展生态农业，充实农民的钱袋子；开发生态旅游业，加快农村经济发展；强化农业为主地区生态环境保护体系和监管能力建设。7947

Discussion on Agricultural Ecological Civilization Construction Area
—Taking Zhoukou of Henan as An Example
Abstract: The party's sixteen plenary session put forward the goal of constructing new socialist countryside, the rural ecological construction is an important part of. In Marx's concept of ecological civilization, new rural area is to be integrated and coordinated implementation of man and nature, among the two, promoting rural go to resource conservation and environmental friendly characteristics of the sustainable development road. Current, our country agriculture ecological status is not optimistic, the toilet pallet, human and animal coexistence, firewood, garbage heaps, a sewage random row of inverted is particularly prominent. Main reasons for these problems are: too many historical debts; regional industrial structure is not reasonable; lagging planning and ecological construction; farmers thinking quality to be improved; the lack of ecological construction professionals; laws and regulations of ecological construction is not perfect. In order to speed up the building of a new socialist countryside, we must vigorously rectification environment, improve the living environment of farmers; to further the development of ecological agriculture, increase farmers' income; to promote ecological tourism industry, accelerate the development of the rural economy; improve the overall quality of farmers; to strengthen the agricultural ecological environmental protection supervision system and capacity building.

农业为主地区生态文明建设问题探讨¬前言
