摘 要：随着网络新媒体的飞速发展，网络反腐逐步深入，成为揭露和打击腐败的重要手段。其伴随的知情权和隐私权之间的冲突正逐渐进入传媒业从业者和研究者的视野。本论文从网络反腐的现状入手，阐述网络反腐的概念、特点和影响。在此基础上分析知情权和隐私权产生的冲突，找出网络反腐中存在的知情权与隐私权的矛盾。进而从权利平等、公共利益、公序良俗、权益平衡四个方面提出两者权利冲突的协调原则，并对网络反腐未来发展之路进行展望，希望为以后更好的进行网络反腐提供建议。5840

The Analysis of Right of Privacy and Right to Know in Network Anti-corruption
Abstract：With the rapid development of new media network, Network Anti-corruption gradually becomes an important means of exposing and fighting corruption. The accompanying conflict between the right to know and the right of privacy gradually entering the vision of media industry practitioners and researchers. This paper begins with the present situation of network anti-corruption and expounds the concept, characteristics and effects of network anti-corruption. By analysis of the conflicts between the right of privacy and the right to know, this essay aims to find the contradiction between the right and the right of privacy existing in the network anti-corruption. Then the paper works out a coordination principle forward the conflict under the guidance of equal rights, public interest, public order and good customs, balancing of interests and looking forward to the further development of the Network Anti-corruption, hoping to provide suggestions for future network anti-corruption .

网络反腐现象中的知情权和隐私权解析
伴随着网络的快速发展，网络反腐得到人们越来越多的关注，但因没有一个明确的法律保障，所以产生出很多的问题。知情权与隐私权矛盾尖锐，由此引发的侵犯隐私权案件也逐年增加。如今社会法制逐步完善，人们法律意识逐步增强，民众迫切希望有一个明确的道德底线和法律规范来文护自己的合法权益。本课题就是想探索两者之间的利益平衡点，为网络反腐找到一个道德底线或法律依据，让网络反腐走向更加正规的的道路，促进社会的和谐发展。
