摘要清远市农村地区近几年的早婚问题十分严重，清远农村地区严重的早婚问题也带来了早育等人口问题、增加家庭纠纷、加剧幼龄儿童留守问题等危害。通过走访清远农村村落可知，辍学率高、对早婚早育的危害缺乏认识、土地补偿资金诱惑是导致清远农村地区出现严重早婚问题的主要原因。为解决清远农村地区的早婚问题，针对上述原因，提出了强化接受教育情况监管、加强早婚危害的宣传教育、完善土地补偿资金分配政策、出台早婚问题监管惩处制度等对策措施。45263

Abstract
The problem of early marriage has been very serious in recent years in the rural area of Qingyuan. Meanwhile, early marriage brought much problem to this area, such as population problem from early childbearing, growing family dispute, increasing left-behind children, and so on. After visiting Qingyuan rural area, the writer found out that the main reasons of early marriage include high drop out rate, the lack of awareness of damage from early marriage and early childbearing and temptation of the Chinese governmental land compensation. According to the above reasons, in order to solve the problem of early marriage in Qingyuan rural area, the writer proposed the following measures, which are strengthening the supervision of education, increasing the promotion of dangers from early marriage, improving the policy of governmental-land-compensation distribution and introducing measures of control and punishment for early marriage.

清远市农村地区早婚问题的探析
前言
早婚的现象在我国的历史上一直存在，并没有引起社会各界的太大注意，直至新中国成立后，一再地出台相关政策延迟适婚年龄，才使得早婚现象走进了学者们的视野。20世纪80年代是我国早婚现象高发时期，引起了专家、学者的高度关注[1]。近几年来，大城市里的晚婚趋势越发明显，但是与城市的晚婚趋势不同，农村地区的早婚趋势的发展态势再次引起了专家学者的关注[2]。目前，国内外的专家学者对早婚问题的研究主要是在宏观层面的，集中在分析早婚问题的危害以及各地出现早婚问题的普遍原因，对于如何具体解决各地的早婚问题则没有太多的涉及。而本文则以清远农村地区为研究区域，通过走访、发放调查问卷的方式获取有关清远农村地区早婚问题现状的数据，探讨严重早婚问题在清远市农村地区产生的危害，分析导致清远农村地区早婚问题严重的与清远农村大环境有关的具体原因，从而针对这些原因切实提出适合解决清远农村的早婚问题的对策措施。
