摘 要：在我国社会主义建设工作的要求下，我国的建筑产业也得到了极大的发展空间。且由于人口数量的剧增，国人对于建筑产业的刚性需求也愈来愈大了，但这也给建筑企业的发展带来了空前的压力。建设工程项目一般投资大、周期长，为保证建设工程项目顺利实施，进度控制需全面、客观、有效并具有前瞻性。这就显得建筑企业对于工程施工进度的控制工作尤为重要了，进度管理工作是贯通着工程全过程管理的一项重要工作，其对施工的各项工作都有着很大的影响。本文将就工程管理中的施工进度管理进行分析：
    首先，就建设工程项目进度管理作简要的概述，讲述进度管理的方法，分析进度管理人为、环境、资源、施工方法的影响因素。提出一系列保证措施，包括施工管理组织的保证措施、施工技术的保证措施、施工各项物资的保证措施、施工设备管理的保证措施、施工劳动力保证措施。
接着，根据进度计划的编制依据和编制工具，从适用的、可操作性强的角度，就怎样编制一份建设工程施工进度计划作了具体的阐述，包括工作分解结构图、网络计划图、时间参数的计算、关键线路的确定等等。同时，又针对可能出现的偏差提出解决方案。
最后，运用上述提到的研究方法，结合天成综合楼建设工程项目，提出施工进度计划与控制的作业程序是一个不断上升的过程，着重对进度计划实施过程中应注意的问题、调整处理等方面进行了论述，以实现工程项目进度总目标。4414

Put forward a series of measures, including measures to ensure the construction technology, construction organization, construction measures to guarantee the material guarantee measures, construction equipment management and assurance measures, construction labor assurance measures.
