摘要:建筑业危险性高、易发生事故,对建筑工程全过程安全管理进行全面与深入的研究具有重大的意义。建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,简称BIM)技术作为建筑行业的一项重要革新技术,能够有效改善安全问题。因此,基于 BIM 技术的工程全过程安全管理研究成为重要的研究方向和发展方向。
本毕业论文从 BIM 技术的角度出发,借鉴 BIM 技术在建筑行业所研究的各种成果,分析国内外 BIM 现状,阐述有关建筑工程安全管理、BIM 技术的相关理论,通过从勘察设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段和竣工验收阶段四个阶段出发,分析了建筑信息模型在各阶段安全管理中的应用。其中详细介绍了各阶段安全管理的要求、BIM 的应用和相应的BIM 技术这三个方面。最终,在理论分析的基础上,运用 BIM 技术对工程建设项目全过程安全管理进行模拟应用,分析了 BIM 技术在安全管理中的实际效果。从而完善了工程安全管理理论,为 BIM 技术在安全管理中的应用提供建议。19769

BIM-based technology, the whole construction process of safety management
Abstract: Construction is of high risk and prone to accidents, so conducting a comprehensive and in-depth study of the whole process of construction safety management is of great significance. BIM (Building Information Modeling, referred to BIM) technology as an important innovation technology in the construction industry, can effectively improve the above problems. Therefore, BIM-based technology on the whole process safety management research has become an important research direction and development.
From the perspective of BIM technology, this paper learns a variety of results of BIM technology studied in the construction industry, analyses the present situation of BIM at home and abroad. And also the paper elaborates the theories about the construction project safety management and BIM technology. By delivered from the four stages including the survey and design phase, bidding phase, construction phase, final acceptance and using phase, the paper analyses the application of building information model in various stages of safety management. In this application, three important parts including the various stages of the safety management requirements, BIM applications and corresponding technology BIM are highlighted. Finally, BIM technology is used to simulate the whole process of construction project security management applications based on the theoretical analysis, and the actual effect of using BIM technology in safety management is analyzed in the paper. As a result, the project safety management theory is improved, and the important reference value is provided for the study of building information modeling based on construction safety management.
