摘要本工程位于上海市，为商业和办公建筑。总建筑面积约190000 m²，办公区域空调面积约为39264 m²，商业区域空调面积约为33313 m²，建筑高度约132m，地下4层，地上30层。商业区域：地下1层裙房有商场、餐厅；1层裙房有商场；2层至3层裙房有商场、餐厅、美容室；4层有商场、餐厅以及办公室；5层有商场、餐厅、美容室以及咖啡厅；6层有商场、餐厅、美容室以及办公室；7层仅有餐厅。办公区域：地下1层主楼有部分办公室；1层为办公大厅、2至30层（其中16层为设备层）皆有办公室与会议室。对商业区域的空气处理系统：食品超市、商场、餐厅等大空间区域采用单风管定风量全空气低速空调系统；美容美发室、咖啡厅、小型餐饮等小空间用房欲采用风机盘管加独立新风系统。对于办公区域空气处理系统：门厅灯大空间区域欲采用定风量全空气低速空调系统；办公区域采用全空气变风量空调系统。24314
根据所给出的建筑条件图进行房间编号，确定各房间的负荷种类，房间尺寸，门窗尺寸，围护结构的传热系数，房间的朝向、传热面积、室外气象条件、室内设计参数。用excel表格将各房间的逐时负荷统计计算出来，确定最大负荷出现的时间以及最大负荷数值。根据节能设计标准要求，结合计算软件，采用冷系数法对整个酒店的冷负荷进行逐时计算。  
本设计根据上海地区气象资料和空调要求，商业区特殊房间采用风机盘管加独立新风空调系统，这样可以满足不同功能房间不同使用时间段的人员活动情况的不同要求，布置灵活，控制方便。所有空间的新风系统都采用全热交换新风换气机组，这样就不会浪费太多的能量。办公区及大厅对人员较多的大空间空气调节负荷和风量较大的情况下，便于独立设置空气调节风系统，全空气定风量系统易于消除噪声，过滤净化和控制空气调节区温湿度，且气流组织稳定，相对适用于要求较高的工艺性空气调节系统。
在设计中新风入口采用固定的防水百叶窗，以防雨水进入。在根据办公楼的实际情况，办公室和走道采用方形散流器，门厅采用侧送风气流组织形式，且选用双层百叶送风口；气流组织采用上送上回的方式；回风道均在吊顶上布置，这样布置风道的优点是减少投资，且不占用建筑面积，装修协调容易。
本设计内容包括：空调冷热负荷计算；空调系统的确定及论证；送风状态参数及送风量的确定；空气处理设备的选型；气流组织计算；水力计算；其他设备的选择；保温、减振和消声等内容。空调系统设计应用于办公商业综合建筑时，更要结合其的特点，使之符合风速、温度、湿度、及人的舒适性，有利于人员能更好高效的工作。所以充分考虑合理的气流组织、 温湿度及压力控制及节能措施，使设计更合理，更符合国家规范，满足业主要求。
The General Information of Design
The project is located in Shanghai, for commercial and office buildings. Area of the total construction is about 190000 m², the area of air-conditioned office space is approximately 39264 m², the area of air conditioning commercial is approximately 33313 m², the building height is about 132m, 4 floors ground , 30 floors on the ground . Commercial areas of the air handling system : Food supermarkets, shopping malls , restaurants and other large region of space with a single duct constant air volume low full air conditioning systems ; beauty salon , cafe , small restaurants and other small spaces space in adopting fan coil independent air system .
