Abstract: This graduation design is Tai Wai Valley City of science and technology project phase three 40# floor, the construction organization design. Valley City of science and technology project phase three 40# building located in Shijiazhuang Tangu south west side of East Street, Huai Bei lu. Valley City of science and technology of 40#, the total construction area of 12225 square meters, construction area of 1300 square meters basement, residential area of 11125 square meters, construction area of 10240 square meters on the ground, underground construction area of 885 square meters, 1100 square meters. The foundation is the original soil excavation, reinforced concrete pile, concrete pile foundation, the upper structure for frame shear wall. 1.1 选题原因说明

本人对施工组织设计这个课题非常感兴趣，并且在房地产公司实习，能接触到大量的资料、数据等，所以选择这个课题进行毕业设计。

本工程是石家庄市慧谷科技城开发有限公司投资兴建的慧谷科技城三期工程40#楼，位于石家庄市谈固东街西侧，槐北路南侧。慧谷科技城40#楼总建筑面积12225㎡,基底建筑面积1300㎡,住宅面积11125㎡，地上建筑面积10240㎡，地下建筑面积885㎡，底商1100㎡。地基基础是原土开挖、钢筋混泥桩基、钢筋混泥土承台基础，上部结构为框架剪力墙。本工程抗震重要性分类为丙类,安全等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为7度。开竣工日期:2013年07月01日开工,2014年8月20日竣工,总日历天数: 388 天。石家庄市慧谷科技城期工程施工组织设计:http://www.751com.cn/gongcheng/lunwen_55903.html
