摘要:本设计是关于公路预应力混凝土连续梁桥上部结构的设计,其孔径布置为30+50+30m,全长为110m。设计荷载为公路-Ⅰ级,桥面宽度为双向四车道(不设人行道)。箱梁高度跨中处为2m,支点处为3.8m。设计的主要内容为,尺寸的拟定及内力的计算,预应力钢束的各种验算。本设计使用国内著名的有限元软件——桥梁博士,全桥共有38个单元,39个节点。
过程中因为涉及到大量的数字的运算,采用计算机辅助来设计,因为用手算比较繁琐,准确性又得不到保证。设计中使用了桥梁博士来进行内力计算,以初步估算配筋量和进行初步验算。为了能提高设计的可靠性,还借用了Auto CAD辅助软件以及Excel电子表格来进行计算,使自己的设计能力有了较大提升。21020

Abstract:The design of highways prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge portion of the structure design, the aperture arranged 30 +50 +30 m, a total length of 110m. Main beam with variable cross-section of the single-box single-chamber box section, symmetrical cantilever construction method pouring method.
Because the process involves a lot of number crunching, using hand calculations more complicated, and the accuracy can not be guaranteed, so the use of computer-aided design. Used in the design of the bridge to Dr. internal force calculation, and preliminary estimates and preliminary checking the amount of reinforcement. In order to improve design reliability, also borrowed Auto CAD software and Excel spreadsheets auxiliary calculations, make your own design capability has been greatly improved.
