摘要：本文主要内容是对双联大厦空调系统中的风系统和水系统进行造前预算，并对造价进行分析，并编写施工组织设计。对于图纸进行会审，得出比较正确的工程量，指出工程量统计采用的方法以及价格查询的原则，得出的结论统一以表格的形式出现。得出的工程量清单利用完善的2000定额，加之综合计价的方法得出总造价，并且分析造价的组成。编制施工组织设计的指导思想是以工程的质量、进度和安全为核心，在组织机构、施工措施、安全生产上进行组织落实。并且按照工程所在地区的实际情况采取合理的施工方案和施工技术，确保工程顺利并且保证工程质量，在这基础上编制实施性较强的施工组织设计。8278
