此次毕业设计来源于一个实际项目，是具有真实环境场景和具体规划要求的命题。因此，在设计过程中需考虑到很多与当地城市相关的实际问题，如：如何确定建筑的风格，保证该项目与当地周边建筑及环境的协调，这需要充分考虑城市整体规划的设计；如何体现以人为本的设计理念；如何保证建筑物的功能第一，经济适用，并在环保、节能、消防方面有所创新。如何设计一座属于城市的“社会性”建筑，是此次毕业设计的要点和难点。22100

1 绪论
