摘要我的毕业设计内容是上海影晟中心E区空调系统设计及水系统设计。本工程为综合商厦,总建筑面积为270630平方米,标准层面积为2330平方米,每层建筑高度为4米。地下室有3层,地上有64层。空调负荷主要由围护结构传热负荷、照明负荷、新风负荷、人员负荷以及设备负荷等组成。本人负责的空调系统设计及水系统设计是37层的办公楼的设计。23324
需要注意的是空调系统的设计中首先要考虑到防火分区和防排烟区的分区。空调系统的风道不能贯穿两个分区,如果需要跨区风道需要进行防火,防排烟的设计。
办公楼的主要负荷是人员热湿负荷、照明负荷,办公设备负荷以及新风热湿负荷。因为围护结构的传热负荷相对于人员,照明和设备小的多所以可以忽略掉。再考虑到建筑的地点和当地的空调设计参数和规范,设备的选型和负荷计算要在满足要求的情况下尽力做到节能和减排的设计。本空调系统的设计思路是先按照概算方式,进行负荷来概算每个空调分区的负荷,从而进行风机盘管和新风系统的选型。选型好了设备后根据设备的额定量来进行房间的风口和水路系统的布置。根据布置来进行气流组织的计算,经过校核来验证风口的布置位置,个数,喉部速度是否满足要求。如果校核的结果没有满足要求者需要再次进行校核,通过改变风口的速度,个数,改变散流器的面积,水平射程,垂直射程来满足房间的气流组织的校核。通过负荷的初步设计来进行准确负荷计算。计算负荷时需要注意计算的负荷是理想的状态下所需要和理想方式能供给的负荷,但是设备和环境也会进行热量湿量的交换,设备与设备的连接也会存在误差和人员安装时的错误操作造成的设备口的漏风等原因,所以计算时需要适当的乘与修正系数。还需要考虑到设备满负荷运行时所能提供的负荷是否能满足负荷的最大值。毕业论文
