本设计课题为上海市健翔家园社区网球馆。网球场地按国际标准设计。网球场地拟采用水泥地，比赛需要时铺成塑胶场地。网球馆网架屋面做法：屋面外板采用0.6mm厚PVDF直立锁缝470型镀铝锌压型钢板；保温层采用100厚12K玻璃丝保温棉，无纺布一层；檩条采用热浸镀锌檩条；穿孔内衬板0.5mmPE涂层彩钢板；0.49mm厚防水透气层。非上人屋面：沿短跨方向形成6.67%的排水坡度。36112
看台观众席面向的网球场，设有1039个座位。看台观众视觉良好，疏散安全且方便。看台下合理利用了高度布置男女更衣淋浴、广播办公、水处理、配电室等用房，在高度较低部分布置了仓库。同时还布置了男女卫生间，满足观众使用的要求，同时考虑无障碍厕位，做到了对残障人士的关怀，卫生间布置可对外开放，满足运动场上群众需要。
对于建筑立面，构思讲究“单体变化、群体统一、新颖、人文”，立面设计结合了平面及环境景观的配置，单体建筑设计强调了“丰富、变化”，色彩搭配和谐统一。既考虑到细部又考虑到了整体，既有强烈的视觉感，又有浓郁的人文气息。
本设计的结构形式采用了钢筋混凝土框架结构。框架结构的特点是梁柱承重，墙体只起分隔、围护的作用，房间布置比较灵活。自然条件如下：基本风压：0.55kN/m2（重现期为50 年）；基本雪压：0.20kN/m2（重现期为50 年）；本地区的地震基本烈度为七度；地震分组为第一组；场地类别为Ⅳ类；根据建筑高度和设防烈度，此建筑的抗震等级为三级。地质条件及场地工程地质评价如下：土的容重以18kN/m3作为计算依据；土层竖向分布及主要物理力学指标见地质勘查报告。论文网
主要结构材料：墙下条基、独立柱基采用C30，素砼垫层C20。框架柱、梁、板、楼梯采用C30砼浇筑。箍筋采用HPB335级钢筋，梁柱采用HRB400级钢筋。型钢、钢板、钢管Q235B或Q345，焊条：按JGJ18-2003“钢筋焊接与验收规程”第三章采用。构造柱、填充墙水平系梁、填充墙洞口边框、压顶、现浇过梁砼强度等级采用C20。女儿墙等外露现浇构件及未注明的均采用C30砼浇筑。
Abstract This design is Shanghai Jianxiang home community tennis hall. The design of the tennis field is according to international standards. Tennis court is to be used cement, the competition need to pave the plastic venue. The audience stands to the table tennis stadium with 1039 seats. The spectators in the stands were well in sight, safe and convenient evacuation..
