本设计主要为上海大华社区设计一栋文化服务中心，其中包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑层高4.2米，共五层，建筑总面积5221.44m2 。建筑功能包括教室、办公室、厕所、消防楼梯等。其建筑风格紧紧抓住“社区文化服务”这一建筑宗旨，建筑立面风格的基调以简洁、清新、富有朝气为主，但同时也拥有质朴、与大气。且建筑功能强大定会为社区精神文明建设添砖加瓦。
结构形式采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，屋盖及楼盖采用现浇式结构。楼盖梁的布置形式采用井字梁楼盖。6946

[Abstract]
This design is mainly designed for Shanghai dahua community service center, a culture which includes architectural design and structure design two parts. Building height 4.2 meters, a total of five layers, a total construction area of 5221.44 m2. Architectural features including classrooms, offices, toilets, fire stairs, etc. Its architectural style hold "community cultural services" the construction objective, facade style tone is given priority to with concise, pure and fresh, vigorous, but at the same time also have plain, and the atmosphere. Structure using cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure, roof and floor adopts the cast-in-place structure. Floor beams is employed in the arrangement of slab-column system.
