摘要工程量清单是表现拟建工程的分部分项工程项目、措施项目、其他项目和相应数量的明细清单。而工程量清单计价是指投标人完成由招标人提供的工程量清单所需的全部费用，包括分部分项工程费、措施项目费、其他项目费、规费和税金。通过本次毕业设计的练习，能更熟练的掌握工程量清单的编制方法和编制依据，做到理论和实践相结合，为以后的工作做好铺垫。50624

本设计为北京某2栋办公楼的工程量清单和清单计价,小论文为工程量清单计价和定额计价两种计价模式的分析。工程量清单包括全部的土建工程和部分装饰工程分部分项工程量清单表,按照《建筑工程工程量清单计价规范》上的工程量计算方法来计算工程量。清单计价编制包括分部分项工程计价表、综合单价分析、措施项目计价表和其他项目计价表。通过《江苏省建筑与装饰计价表》上的定额来套工程项目，从而算出综合单价，最后算出总造价。小论文通过比较分析目前社会上两大计价模式的优缺点,来总结出造价市场上未来的趋势以及搭配使用这两种计价模式使得造价更科学、合理。

通过研究工程量清单计价的具体过程，学会工程量清单的编制和清单计价的方法，了解当前计价模式的优缺点，并学会两种造价模式相互搭配使用，使得造价变得更精确、更科学。
