摘 要：商务标指投标人提交的证明其有资格参加投标和中标后有能力履行合同的文件，包括公司的资质、执照、获奖证书等。投标中，商务标是准入，经济标是入围，技术标是投标中最后一环。商务标的内容应对招标文件，如果没有规定，商务标应该有以下内容：法定代表人身份证明、法人授权委托书（正本为原件）、投标函、投标函附录、投标保证金交存凭证复印件、对招标文件及合同条款的承诺及补充意见、工程量清单计价表、投标报价说明。 54142

Abstract：Business standard refers to the bidders to submit proof of its eligible to participate in the bidding and bid after the ability to perform the contract documents, including the company's qualification of certificates, licenses, etc. Bidding, the business standard is access, economic standard is a finalist, technology standard is the last part of the bid.Business target content to the bidding documents, if there are no rules, business standard should have the following contents: proof of identity is the legal representative、the legal person accredit a power of attorney (original as the original)、bid letter.the appendix to tende、the bid bond deposit certificate copy、
commitment to the bidding documents and the terms of the contract and supplementary opinions、bill of quantities valuation table、tender offer instructions, etc.

1 设计选题说明
1.1 选题依据
本人对房地产造价这个课题很有研究的兴趣，并且在喜利达公司实习，能接触到丰富的相关资料。所以选择这个研究课题进行毕业设计。
1.2 设计项目概况
本次商务标编制的对象为喜利达小区1#楼，位于南昌路与黄河路交汇处。该住宅为地上六层，地下一层，使用年限50年，层高为21.4m占地面积721.8平方米，建筑面积4604.6平方米。
1.3 设计的背景
