摘要本设计为镇江市某高校宿舍楼项目,建筑面积4300 ,占地712.8 ,共6层,使用钢筋混凝土框架结构,主体结构包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计包括总平面设计、立面设计和剖面设计;结构设计包括选取一榀框架为计算单元进行计算,使用平法绘制梁柱施工图。在结构计算过程中,计算地震作用采用底部剪力法求出水平地震作用,之后使用D值法计算一品框架二等内力。进行内里组合,包括恒载,活载,地震,重力荷载代表值,根据组合值选取最不利截面进行梁,柱,板以及基础的配筋计算。最后还包括楼梯的设计。手算部分结束后,使用PKPM2005结构设计软件进行电算,并根据电算结果绘制平法施工图。建筑图部分使用天正CAD绘制。52594

Abstract The design is about a college dormitory building project in Zhenjiang, the gross area is of 4300m2 and total area is of 712.8m2 .The building is of reinforced concrete frame structure with six layers. The overall work contains two parts, including architectural design and structural design. Architectural design includes total graphic design, facade design and profile design. Choose one-bay frame as a calculation unit to calculate in the structure design.In the structure calculation process, the calculation method of seismic base shear is calculated using the horizontal seismic action. Then use the D value method to calculate a second-class product framework forces. Conducted inside portfolio, including dead loads, live loads, seismic, gravity load representative value, according to the combined value for beams, columns, plates and foundation reinforcement calculation. After the hand calculation, use structural design software PKPM2005 for computing, and plot Ping method construction plans according to Computer results. .Building plans are drew by Tianzheng CAD software.
