摘要在整个工程项目的施工过程中,材料费用占总施工费用的60%以上,并且施工材料对整个施工项目的质量、费用以及施工进度起到极其重要的作用。材料管理从材料采购管理、材料供应商管理、材料使用管理方面着手。材料管理应贯穿于工程设计、采购、运输以及施工中,从而使得工程项目在设计、采购、施工等环节更加紧密衔接,搞好材料管理对于加快施工进度、保证工程质量、降低工程成本、提高经济效益,提高企业竞争力具有十分重要的意义。51658
对于工程承包企业,在项目管理中做好材料管理,节约采购库存费用,保证施工材料的按时供应,实现设计、施工和采购相连接,按期完成工程以及更好地实现项目整体目标意义十分重大。
本文针对施工材料管理的特殊性以及存在的问题,从制度层面提出了改善施工材料管理的措施。分别从考评、激励和竞争三个方面提出了改善施工材料管理制度。借鉴制造业现有的管理理念,引进了供应链先进的管理理念。以期提高施工项目材料管理的绩效和解决施工材料管理中存在的问题,突破施工材料管理的枷锁。
