摘要拟建工程位于苏州市工业园区金田路东,新发路底,星华街西侧。交通便利,地理环境优越。根据业主提供的平面总图所示,该工程由双塔式主楼、整体裙房及两层地下车库组成。拟建主楼地上25层,拟采用混凝土框架—剪力墙结构,裙房为地上4层、混凝土框架结构,主楼及裙房下设2层地下室。占地面积33000m2,总建筑面积98600m2。52365

    结合本工程地质、环境、挖深等诸多因素确定安全可靠的支护方案;为基坑土方开挖和地下室施工创造一个安全干燥的施工环境;考虑到邻近坑边有建筑和道路(下设有水、电、气等管线),为确保安全,以“变形”控制设计。

本着“安全可靠、经济合理、技术可行、施工方便”原则,此基坑西南侧由于距离过近采用一排钻孔灌注桩当作挡土结构, 锚杆作为支撑结构体系。东北侧距离马路较远,为节省造价采用放坡加打土钉墙方案。基坑四周采用深层搅拌桩作止水帷幕。基坑内采用深井降水。

Abstract Proposed project is located in suzhou industrial park entrance gold east, new road, among the west side of street. The transportation is convenient, the geographical environment is superior. According to owner provide plane, as shown in the general layout of the project by the double tower building, whole podium and two layers of the underground garage. Proposed 25 floors of the main building, proposed the concrete frame - shear wall structure, the podium for the 4 layer, concrete frame structure, the main building and skirt building consists of two layers of basement. Covers an area of 33000 m2, with a total construction area of 98600 m2.

According with fundamental technical standard, approaching safe reliability, the economical-reasonable and convenient construction and guaranteeing project time limit,The southwest side of foundation pit with a row of bored piles as soil retaining structure, the bolt as a support structure system due to the too close . Its northeast from the road is far, to save cost use put slope and soil nail wall solution Around the foundation pit. we use deep churning piles as detaining water pile construct enclosed cut off trench. With the purpose of dewatering, we use sump and well point .
