摘要：投标文件是指投标人应招标文件要求编制的响应性文件，一般由商务文件、技术文件、报价文件三部分组成。本设计是根据淮安市兰亭御城项目招标文件为某建筑工程有限公司做的投标文件。本设计中选取了其中的A6#别墅楼，该单位工程是一栋三层两单元的别墅。本设计严格按照招标文件、合同文件、工程图纸、各类施工规范等，通过鲁班算量软件得出工程量，通过清单大师确定工程造价，来编制本投标文件。该投标文件包含技术标和商务标两部分。53416

Abstract: Tender documents is the bidder should tender documents prepared in response documents, generally by business documents, technical documents, the offer document consists of three parts.

This design is based on the Royal Huaian City project tender documents Lanting do for a Construction Engineering Limited tender documents. The design of the selected one of the A6 # villa building, which is a three-unit project two units of villas. The design strictly in accordance with the tender documents, contract documents, engineering drawings, specifications and other types of construction, drawn by Luban count the amount of software engineering, project cost is determined by the master list to the preparation of the tender documents. 1  设计选题说明

1.1  选题原因说明

本人对工程招投标这个课题很有研究的兴趣，并且在淮安鲁班软件公司实习，能接触到工程的算量，所以选择这个研究课题进行毕业设计。

1.2  工程项目概况

1、工程名称：兰亭御城A6#别墅楼。

2、建设地点：淮安市涟水县。

3、建设规模：建筑面积529.23平方米。

4、建筑层数：主体3层，加半地下室车库。

5、建筑结构的安全等级：三级。

6、工程使用年限：50年。

7、耐火等级：二级。

8、抗震设防类别：丙类；抗震设防烈度：8度。
