摘要在工程项目建设的活动中，业主方的管理对象就是一个从项目构思开始一直到工程运营结束的全生命周期的项目管理，主要包括的内容有工程项目的前期策划，工程设计，工程计划，融资，工程建设管理，以及最后项目建成的销售与运营管理，归还贷款等活动。在工程项目建设活动中，业主方起着总协调的作用，是项目管理的核心，其工程建设项目管理水平和效率很大程度上决定着项目的成败。因此，业主方做好工程项目管理规划意义重大。53176
