摘要: 招标文件是整个招投标过程中最重要的文件，它既包含了整套招投标的流程，又明确规定了各项需遵守的内容，在招标文件中，能清楚地了解本工程的概况和各类信息，如：本工程的工期、质量、建筑面积等要求，还提出了各项技术标准及要求。而工程量清单是招标文件的核心所在，投标报价和合同的签订是参考工程量清单所定的。在评标的时候，评标委员会按照招标文件中的具体评标要求进行评标，它对整个招投标的结果至关重要。通过编制招标文件，重点掌握单位工程施工招标文件工程量清单的编制步骤、编制方法、内容组成，了解投标文件的基本格式及内容，熟悉工程承包合同条款的内容。52970
