摘要：施工组织设计是建筑组织的灵魂核心，是对工程建设项目的构思设想和具体安排，用来指导工程施工的重要文件。他的编制始终按照技术可靠、措施得力、确保安全的原则。本施工组织设计是针对秦汉华府住宅小区9#工程施工的纲领性文件。编制时对项目管理机构设置、施工部署、施工准备、主要施工方法、质量保证措施、安全及文明施工措施等众多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出其科学性，针对性，实用性，确保工程更好更快的完成。本单位工程施工组织设计分为七章，分别是编制说明及工程概况、施工部署、施工方案、施工现场总平面布置、施工进度网络计划，工期保证措施、工程质量保障措施、安全、文明施工及环境保护措施。通过熟悉设计资料和图纸，合理安排施工顺序，充分利用机械，努力提高劳动效率，组织现场安全、文明施工及环境保护，从而确保工程的安全和质量。53429

By being familiar with the design documents and drawings, rational arrangement of the construction sequence, make full use of machinery, improve labor efficiency, organize the on-site safety, civilized construction and environmental protection, so as to ensure the quality and safety engineering.
