摘要：本次设计课题为:贵阳国际城 E2 应用 BIM 技术的造价管理, 课题主要任务是运用 BIM 技术完成对贵阳国际城 E2 项目的建模、造价以及施工过程的模拟工作。设计所应用的软件主要有 Revit 鲁班系列的鲁班土建、鲁班钢筋、鲁班造价、鲁班 SP、鲁班 MC 以及 Microsoft Project 等软件，本设计通过团队合作建立土建和钢筋的基础模型，本人重点完成了本项目的造价即商务标部分。通过算量软件与造价软件无缝连接，图形的变化与造价变化同步，可框图出价，通过条件统计和区域选择即可生成阶段性工程造价文件，便于进度款的支付统计，相比与传统的造价管理，自由而灵活。 56988

Design of application software are mainly of Revit ruban series ruban, civil engineering, steel cost, SP, MC and software such as Microsoft Project, this design through the  team cooperation to establish  the basis of the civil and steel model, mainly completed the Project cost the commercial part. Through software to calculate the amount and cost of the software seamless connection, graphic changes with the cost of synchronization, can block bid, statistics and regional selection according to conditions can produce periodic project cost file, facilitate progress payment of payment statistics, compared with the traditional cost management, free and flexible.
