摘要根据高等职业院校对综合教学楼的使用要求,并结合对现代综合教学楼的建筑布局的研究,得到建筑设计方案,完成平面、立面、剖面等主要建筑设计施工图的绘制。由于综合教学楼大开间式的建筑布局特点,确定上部结构采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,下部结构采用柱下独立基础的形式。在结构设计中,综合运用混凝土结构设计基本原理及抗震设计理论,对建筑的屋盖、二层楼盖、及一榀框架进行结构设计,并结合相关规范要求完成屋盖、二层楼盖及一榀框架的结构施工图。运用PKPM 软件建立建筑结构模型,并对手算结果进行电算校核,分析误差原因。同时,通过PKPM 建模导出整体结构的基础底面荷载,从而完成对基础部分的设计,并绘制基础施工图。 61106

Title Architectural and Structural Design of a Vocational and Technical College’s Comprehensive Teaching Building
Abstract According to the operational requirements and the research of modernist architectural layout of comprehensive teaching building for higher vocational colleges, obtained architectural design scheme and completed the main building construction drawing design of elevation, section and other construction plans. Based on the large bay-style characteristic of modern comprehensive teaching building, determined reinforced concrete frame structure as the upper construction and independent foundation as the under construction. The building’s structure of roof, second floor slab, and a framework are calculated by the using of both basic principles and design of concrete structure and the principles of seismic design, combining with related specifications to complete the construction drawing. By building the model of this structure with the PKPM software, checking the conclusion of hand calculation and analyzing the reason between two difference conclusions. At the same time, using the structure model to establish the basis’s loading of the structure, completing the design and calculations of the basis and the basic construction drawing.
