摘要：我国的高新区的建设日臻成熟，创业和产业发展环境良好，创新体系和整体功能齐备，自主创新和发展能力强劲，拥有独特的创业文化氛围，基本完成创新建设阶段的主要任务，但仍存在不足，园区的公共服务设施相对滞后。公共服务设施质量差,基础设施不齐全,服务设施不完善,这一系列问题拖累了整个园区的发展。园区得不到辅助设施的支持和支撑，直接导致科技园区的发展不平衡、不持续；或者过于重视科研开发，产业转化等主体功能，从而忽视了公共服务设施这种辅助功能的重要性。9143
本论文通过阐述高新区和公共服务设施的概念以及特征，规划了高新技术园区的规划布局，然后从初级目标，中极目标和长远目标三方面作为切入口来剖析如何配置高新园区公共服务设施，提出相关意见，以求改善高新园区公共服务设施配置滞后的情况。

The research of High-tech Park public service facilities configuration
