本设计旨在建造一个自然纯净流动舒适的办公环境，将绿色自然等要素引入到高层的办公空间之中，用作办公人员的共享交流空间，不仅利于改善室内的通风与采光，还可以缓解工作给人们带来的紧张感与疲劳感。在几十米的高空之中也能营造出一个“亲近自然的工作空间”。

概述
上海市大连路高层商业办公楼建筑综合体设计旨在建造一个自然纯净的办公环境，整个建筑分为两个部分——办公和配套商业。商业位于底部裙房，充分考虑了人们的活动在商场的顶层增加了屋顶花园，可用休闲娱乐，同时加入了灌木与梧桐等景观树木，活跃了屋顶花园的气氛，屋顶花园与办公塔楼以楼梯踏步相连。办公塔楼在整个建筑的西北部，在每层南北两侧都有一个共享小茶室，和共享阳台，引入自然环境到“高空中”缓解使用者由于工作带来的紧张感与疲劳感，在立面上，立体绿化也使整个建筑有了生机，与底部屋顶花园相互呼应。论文网

本设计项目基地位于上海中心城区内，地处城市主干道大连路和四平路交叉口，地铁8号线与10号线再次交汇。便利的交通将有利于带来大量购物人流和出翔人流。

周边现有许多以小型零售为主的商业形式，附近集中为住宅区。
1.1.3办公
基地周边现存许多中低档写字楼，没有成型的写字楼。
1.2项目要求
创建一个具有商业空间、办公空间、展示空间、储藏空间、交流空间以及建筑内部管理空间以及与周围城市空间环境有一定的联系的高层商业综合体。
