摘要：社区社会工作是专业社会工作的一种基本方法。案主是以社区和社区的居民为主，通过发动和组织社区居民参与集体行动，确定社区问题与需求。动员社区资源，争取外力协助，有计划、有步骤地解决或预防社会问题。调整或改善社会关系，减少社会冲突，培养自助、互助及自决的精神，加强社区凝聚力，培养社区居民的民主参与意识能力，发掘并培养社区领导人才，以提高社区的社会服务水平，促进社区的进步。本研究既是从社区社会组织入手，了解其对上海大众居民的影响所在。旨在调查社区社会组织的具体影响力，对象设定为上海居民，从物质、精神、社会三个文度来分析社区社会组织的具体作用所在。了解社区社会组织的大致运行模式，分析其运作的过程和具体产生的结果。27791
