摘要随着科技的不断进步，社会生产力也与日俱进地提高。因此，社会生产力的发展对建筑群的规模、质量各个方面的要求也越来越高，而这要求与建筑材料的数量、品种、质量等其他方面有着紧密的联系。本论文中所讨论的建筑材料是指在基础、地面、墙体、承重结构（柱、梁、板等）以及屋面中构成建筑物本身的材料。但是如今对于建筑市场中建筑材料品质所遇到的问题，这主要是购买建筑材料时的采购策略和材料的验收管理有关。27801
在采购策略中，本论文以供应链中主要主体进行分析，找出在采购中出现的问题，笔者发现出现在市场上的以次充好的根本原因是企业为了追求更多的经济利益，其次建筑材料的。

ABSTRACT
With the constant progress of science and technology, social productivity is improving continually.Therefore, the development of social productive forces has strict requirements for scale and quality of the building, and the number of the requirements and construction materials, varieties, quality and other aspects are closely linked.This thesis discussed the building materials refers to the foundation, ground, wall body and bearing structure (column, beam, plate, etc.) of materials and roof of the building itself.But, now, in the construction market of building materials quality dropping, two main reasons are building materials procurement strategy.
In the procurement strategy, analysis is made on the main body in the supply chain, this paper find out the problems in the procurement, the author found that the main reason why the shoddy shows on the market is caused by pursuing more economic benefits.
