城市社区中的社会网络与居民参与

摘要随着城镇化的到来，城市社区如雨后春笋般出现，居民参与作为推动社区发展的一个积极性和可变性因素，对于社区的存续起着重要的作用。文献研究中，行政性与情感性网络对居民参与作用有限，工具性网络对居民参与有积极作用。但现有研究多关注社会网络与居民参与的正向关系，对负向影响关注不够。本文基于对一个社区中居民的社会网络、参与各种社区活动的观察，通过与社区居民的访谈，探索参与主体或群体内部的特征，群体间关系及群体与居委会的关系。得出如下结论：在自发式或历史形成的社区活动中，居民的社会网络发挥建设性作用，居民社区参与活动依赖原有的社会网络；而在社区居委会推动的公共事务中，居民的社会网络体现不明显，存在消极作用。33546

Title Social network and residents' participation in urban community——take Bai Majian community in Suzhou city of Jiangsu Province for example Abstract
With the development of urbanization, urban communities have been increasingly emerged. Resident participation, a positive and variable factor to promote community development, plays an important role in the existence and growth of the community. In the literature review, the administrative and emotional network has the limited influence to resident participation while the instrumental network has a positive influence. But, the literature now available pays more attention to the positive relationship between the social network and the resident participation, and pays little attention to the side effect. Based on the observation of the social network of the residents in a community and the participation in kinds of activities, through the interviews with residents, this paper will try to explore the characteristics of the participants or groups, the relationship between groups, and the relationship between groups and neighborhood committee. Draw the following conclusions that in the activities of spontaneous or historical formation, the social network plays a constructive role. The residents rely on the original social network to take part in the activities. However, in the activities which are promoted by the residents' neighborhood committee, the social network is not obvious and there is a negative effect.

1 引言
