摘 要：农民工是支撑中国经济持续稳定增长的重要力量，他们数量庞大，增长迅速，但游离于城市社会边缘的现实，始终证明他们还未真正融入城市主流社会。处于新老更替阶段的农民工群体，在城市社会拥有各自不同的处事方法与生活态度，恰恰是这些被带有标签的农民工们，在融入城市社会的过程中困难重重。本文利用对无锡市惠山区农民工问卷调查所得的数据，详细地分析了农民工城市社会的生活现状，以及从经济层面的融入、社会层面的融入、思想观念层面的融入、身份层面的融入四个方面具体分析农民工融入城市社会所遇到的问题，并提出适当的解决措施。研究表明农民工在很多方面并没有真正融入城市社会生活，只停留于为城市劳动的层面，存在经济融入性差，社会生活边缘化，观念融入感不强，身份被排外等问题。希望这次的研究成果能够给政府管理人员提供一些地方农民工的状态，为今后的政策提供一些农民工的真实想法。37404

The Restrictive Factors And Countermeasures ResearchOn Migrant Workers’ City Integration
Abstract:Migrant workers are important force to support the sustained and stable growth ofChinese economy, they have many people and grow rapidly, but the reality of floating up on theedge of the city always proves that they haven’t really integrate into the city. Groups of migrantworkers are in the stage of the replacement of old and new, with different ways of doing thingsand life attitudes in cities, it is precisely these migrant workers with a label, they have manydifficulties in the process of integrating into city. In this paper, using the data from thequestionnaires on the survey of migrant workers in Huishan District of Wuxi, analyse thepresent situation of migrant workers’ city life in details, and analyse migrant workers’difficulties during the period and put forward appropriate from four aspects of sociallevel integration, economic level integration, the integration of psychology andconcept ,the level of identity integration in details. The research shows that migrant workers donot really integrate into city life in many aspects, just stay in the level of working, they havedifficulties in economic, social life, concept, identity and so on. I hope the research can give thegovernment officials the states of local migrant workers, providing some real thoughts ofmigrant workers for future policy.
