摘要近年来随着中国经济的快速发展，交通日益发达的同时也带来了各种交通事故的隐患，如何进行最大程度的风险规避也成为市民出行必须思考的问题。当前市场上交通意外险产品种类繁多，不同的交通意外险产品有着不同的特点，保险公司如何保证提供乘客出行时能够根据自己搭乘交通工具的不同而选择相对应的交通意外险产品保障，成为最大的挑战。本文试图通过分析我国交通意外险的发展过程中品种研发销售、保险市场竞争激烈等现状和发展面临的成本过高、民众保险意识不强等主要问题，提出诸如政府支持、全方位多角度宣传以便加强民众保险意识和借助网络科技手段方便民众随时随地购买保险等建设性的意见，结合国家对保险业的政策支持分析中国交通意外险行业的发展前景，为中国的交通意外险的发展提供借鉴。45205

Abstract

（一）研究背景
随着社会经济的发展和科技的进步，出于工作或生活的需要人们外出的概率大大增加了，出门乘坐各式交通工具成为了我们的生活习惯，发达的交通条件为人们的外出提供了大大的便利；然而近年来，相继发生了诸如温州动车事故、贵州大巴翻车事件、马航mh370失联事件、南宁公交车自燃事件等重大交通事故；这些交通事故的发生使得人们的生命、财产安全受到极大的威胁，在这一背景下交通意外险的作用就突显出来了。
（二）研究意义
