摘要随着企业投资的增加，企业投资风险管理所存在的弊端日益突出，国内大多数企业缺乏有效的投资风险管理控制机制和专业人才。激烈的投资市场竞争促使我国企业在投资风险管理上必须尽快提高认识，完善人才培养机制，提高投资风险管理能力。本文分析了我国当前的整体投资趋势以及投资对经济发展的贡献和意义，探讨了投资风险对投资活动的影响。在此基础上从内因和外因探讨投资风险形成的原因。内因主要从经营风险、预期判断和非分散性投资进行分析，而外因则着眼于政治、经济、国内投资动向及同业竞争对于投资风险的影响。为加强企业投资风险管理，从微观和宏观两个方面提出解决措施和方法。 45339

Abstract
As the majority of domestic enterprises lack of effective investment risk control system and talented people, while the increasing amount in business investment and the uncertainty of economic development , the drawbacks of investment risk management have become increasingly outstanding. The keen competition urges the enterprises to raise the awareness of the investment risk management, improve the tale-nt training mechanism and the investment risk management capabilities as soon as possible.This article not only analyzed the overall investment trends currently, the contribution and significance of investment to economic development, but also discussed the impact of the risk of investment activities. On the basis of the above-noted elements, it probed into the reasons for the formation of the investment risk through external factors and internal factors. Internal causes mainly due to operating risk, anticipation judgment and the decentralized investment. On the contrary, the external reasons are on account of political, economic, domestic investment trends and the impact of horizontal competition to investment risk. In order to strengthen investment risk management of enterprises, some solutions and measures should be taken from the micro view and macro view.

我国企业投资风险与防范
