摘要随着社会分工的不断细化,许多外国企业为了专注于提升企业核心竞争力,出现了把自营物流业务外包给专业物流企业的潮流。因此,第三方物流服务有了巨大的市场,开始迅速发展起来。而在国内经济取得增长和加入世贸组织后,我国的第三方物流也逐步发展起来了。但是,随着国外第三方物流企业把经营范围扩张到中国,它们利用自身优势来抢占市场,导致我国第三方物流企业的发展受到了一定的阻力,尤其是国内的区域性第三方物流企业。为了提高区域性第三方物流企业的竞争力,本文首先介绍第三方物流的相关理论以及第三方物流企业的分类和特征,接着分析了银捷速递的现状、经营模式和运作模式,然后对其在发展中存在的问题进行研究,并针对这些问题提出一些措施和解决对策,最后对全文进行总结和展望。45784

Abstract
With the social pision of labor refining continuously, it has witnessed a trend that numerous foreign companies outsource their own logistics to professional logistics companies, in order to focus on enhancing their core competitiveness. Therefore, the third-party logistics service has been developing rapidly with a huge market. With the domestic economy keeping ascending, the domestic third-party logistics enterprises come into being and develop gradually. However, as the foreign third-party logistics companies expand to Chinese market by using its own advantages to seize the market, the development of the domestic third-party logistics enterprises has confronted with resistance, especially the regional third-party logistics companies. Therefore, this paper is focused on how to change this situation and improve the competitiveness. Firstly, the author introduces the relative theories about the third-party logistics and analyzes the classifications and features of logistics companies. Secondly, the author will utilize a specific example to study the underlying problems of the regional third-party logistics enterprises by analyzing the development condition, business pattern and operation mode of SJFD-Express, and then figure out some suggestion. Finally, the author will summarize the full text and look forward to the vision of domestic third-party logistics.
