摘要随电子商务的快速发展，快递业也随之爆发式增长；也使得快递配送终端配送难度大、成本高等难题十分突出，尤其是快递配送中各分理点如何将包裹送到客户手中的最后这“最后100米”更是制约当前快递企业服务绩效的瓶颈因素。快递企业若想实现持续、健康、快速的发展，就必须解决快递配送中面临的“最后100米”难题。因此，本文从研究背景入手，紧接着分析了国外快递“最后100米”的成功案例；然后，在详细介绍快递配送“最后100米”难题现状的基础上，又深入剖析了产生这一难题产生的原因，认为政府支持力度不足、快递配送模式不科学、快递配送成本高、物流配送基础设施不完善是导致快递配送“最后100米”难题的四个主要原因；最后，以常州市花园南村小区为例，有针对性地提出了快递配送“最后100米”难题的解决措施。期望本文的研究可以为快递配送企业提高配送效率和服务质量、降低成本和快速发展提供借鉴价值。50973

The Research on the Solution of “Last 100 Meters” in Express Distribution——Taking Changzhou Garden Community for Example
ABSTRACT With the rapid development of electronic commerce, express delivery industry will also be growing explosively which brings many problems such as high costs and the difficulty of distribution. Especially the "last 100 meters" which is the last distance between the distribution station and the customer. It is the bottleneck which restricts the performance of express delivery enterprises. In order to achieve sustained, healthy and rapid development in express delivery industry, we must resolve the "last 100 meters" problem. Therefore, this article starts from the research background, introduces the present situation of "last 100 meters" problem as well as analyzing the real causes of the problem. The mainly four reasons of the problem are the lack of government support, unscientific express delivery mode, high cost of express distribution and the imperfect infrastructure. Then,the paper analyzes the successful case of foreign express"last 100 meters". Finally, we take the Changzhou Garden Community as an example, propose some targeted solutions for the "last 100 meters" problem. We hope our research would provides some important valuations for the express delivery industry in improving the efficiency of distribution, reducing the costs and promoting its development.
