摘要随着信息技术的快速发展，传统的造价管理模式已经不适应这个时代的发展要求，所以，探索较为先进的造价管理信息系统成为建设领域所面临的一个重要课题。

本文首先阐述了工程造价信息化管理问题提出的背景，并对信息化、工程造价管理、工程管理信息化等概念进行了概述。之后分析了我国工程造价信息化的发展现状及其存在的问题，并通过国内外工程造价信息化发展的对比，剖析了其问题产生的原因，然后又针对性地提出了可行的工程造价信息化建设对策。最后，提出了工程造价信息化建设的实施方案，并对其预期实施效果进行评价分析。希望通过本课题的研究，对建设我国高效率的工程造价信息化管理平台有所裨益。51580

Abstract With rapidly developing of the information technology, the traditional cost management model is no longer meeting the development requirements of the times. Therefore, to explore the advanced construction cost management information system facing the field to become an important issue.

This paper first describes the project cost information management issues in the background. Then describing the information technology, project cost management, and project management concepts, such as information technology are outlined. After the analysis of China's informational situation and existing problems. Through the development of domestical and foreignal construction cost information, comparison, analysis of the causes of their problems. Then putting forward a feasible project cost information construction countermeasures.
