云南省昆明市红土地镇社区旅游开发研究

摘要：开发云南昆明市红土地镇社区旅游对推动红土地镇及其它西南少数民族社区旅游意义重大。昆明红土地镇不仅自然旅游资源丰富，而且人文旅游资源丰富。利用问卷对当地展开调查，并对结果进行分析可以发现，红土地镇有丰富独特的自然资源和广阔的客源市场优势，但也存在着旅游接待能力弱、景区宣传力度不够、旅游从业人员整体素质不高、体制不够健全和旅游开发的消极影响导致人们参与性低等问题。针对其中所存在的问题，应采取科学的开发思路与原则、做好基础设施建设、积极组织培训、精心设计分配方式、特色旅游开发等具体措施，以推动红土地镇旅游的可持续发展。56424

Abstract：There is a big significance of Yunnan Kunming red land town community tourism to promote the red land town and the southwest minority community tourism. The Red land town of Kunming is not only promoting the natural tourism resources, but also the cultural tourism resources. Using questionnaire survey method can be found, the red land town have rich unique natural resources and market advantages. But there are aslo problems，such as tourist reception ability is weak, scenic area propaganda is not enough, the overall quality of tourism practitioners are poor, the tourism system is not perfect and the negative influence of tourism lead to the low enthusiasm of people. In view of the problems, put forward a clear development ideas and principles, good infrastructure, and actively organize training, elaborate design, distribution characteristics of tourism development of specific measures, in order to promote the sustainable development of tourism in the town.
