摘要现阶段，对于大中城市的公共交通评价已经在逐步发展，而对于小城市的公共交通评价还很欠缺，本文通过对小城市公共交通现状的分析，结合现有的公共交通服务评价的理论，找出适合小城市公共交通运行的基本模式。在此基础上，旨在建立一套适合小城市公共交通服务评价的指标体系和与之配合的评价方法，可以对小城市公共交通服务整体上，做出简单的评价。

最后通过对南京市溧水区的调查，对建立的指标体系和评价方法进行实践并分析其公共交通发展存在的问题。61468

Title    Small Urban Public Transport Service Evaluation  System Research                                                 

Abstract At present, for large and medium cities of the public transport evaluation has been gradually developed, and for small urban public transport evaluation is still very lacking, in this article, through analyzing the current situation of city public transportation, combining with the existing public transport service evaluation theory, find out the suitable for the basic model of small urban public transport operation. On this basis, aims to build a set of suitable for small urban public transport service evaluation index system and the coordination with the evaluation method of small urban public transport service as a whole, can be made a simple evaluation. 

Finally through to the investigation of nanjing LiShui area, to establish the index system and evaluation method of practice and analyzes the existing problems in the development of the public transportation.
