摘要本研究通过采用《大学生职业决策自我效能感量表》（中文版CDMSE）和《工作价值观问卷》两份问卷，在测试信效度均合适的基础上，使用互联网工具“问卷星”将编辑好问卷进行网上发放并回收。将回收的293份问卷，运用SPSS 19进行工作价值观及择业效能感分性别、年级、专业和学校层次的平均数差异分析，再进行工作价值观、择业效能感与它们各个维度之间的相关分析与回归分析，最后得出工作价值观对于职业选择的影响，以及自我效能感对职业选择上的影响，确定它们之间的影响关系，然后提出可行建议以提高大学生求职的成功率。64863

Abstract
