摘要本论文通过添加改性剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)制备了具有良好水溶性的改性石墨烯(PVP-GE),并将其与天然橡胶(NR)进行乳液混合,制备了PVP-GE/NR复合材料,对PVP-GE进行了表征分析,并研究了复合材料的硫化性能、拉伸性能、撕裂性能、热稳定性以及溶剂渗透性能。其结果表明:PVP的加入不影响GO的有效还原,而且改性的石墨烯可以在水中均匀分散,TG和DSC分析表明PVP与GE存在一定的相互作用,从而使得PVP-GE中PVP组分的降解得到延缓。PVP-GE的加入减慢了NR混炼胶的硫化速度,但MH-ML的增加反映出橡胶的交联密度不断增加。橡胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度随着PVP-GE的增加逐渐提升,在3phr达到最好,M100,M300,拉伸强度,撕裂强度分别提升了412%,900%,17%,146%。此外,PVP-GE还能有效的提升NR硫化胶的热稳定性和溶剂渗透性能。19346

Title Preparation and Properties of
natural rubber composites filled with graphene
Abstract
This thesis by adding modified agent polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) was prepared with good solubility in water modified graphene (PVP - GE), and its emulsion mixed with natural rubber (NR), PVP - GE/NR composite was prepared, and analysis had been used to characterize the PVP - GE, and studied the vulcanization properties of the composite, the tensile properties, tear resistance, thermal stability and solvent permeability .The results show that the addition of PVP does not affect the effective reduction of the GO, and modification of graphene can be evenly dispersed in water, TG and DSC analysis showed that PVP with GE has certain interaction, so as to make the PVP - GE PVP component in the degradation of delay .PVP - GE's join slows down the NR mixing rubber vulcanization rate, but the increase of MH - ML reflects rubber crosslinking density increased .Rubber tensile strength and tear strength increased with the increase of PVP - GE gradually improve, achieve the best in 3 PHR, M100 approximately, M300, tensile strength, tear strength improved respectively 412%, 900%, 17%, 146%.In addition, the PVP - GE also can effectively improve thermal stability of NR vulcanizates and solvent permeability.
