摘要：本设计内容为年产900吨十二烷基酰胺磷酸酯甜菜碱的生产车间工艺设计。甜菜碱是一种多功能表面活性剂,因其温和性、去污作用和良好的增泡、稳泡性能,是用于制备护发护肤用品的优良表面活性剂。近年来,国内外对磷酸酯型甜菜碱两性表面活性剂进行开发,但其类型较少,因此对这类表面活性剂进行深入而广泛的研究是极有必要的。在本设计中,以N，N－二甲基丙二胺与十二烷基脂肪酸甲酯缩合制得十二烷基酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺，进一步与2－羟基－3－氯丙磷酸酯反应，制得系列新型十二烷基酰胺磷酸酯甜菜碱。该系列产品具有优良的应用性能。其次，对整个反应进行物料恒算，对生产设备进行设计选型,厂房布置，最后绘制出生产工艺流程图,物料流程图,车间平面布置图,车间立面布置图。24618

Abstract:This design content for the production workshop designed to produce 900 tons oftwelvealkyamidophosphate betaine.Betaine is a multifunctional surface active agent, because of its mild, decontamination effect and good increasing foam, foam stability for excellent properties, surface active agent to prepare skin and hair care products. In recent years, the phosphate betaine amphoteric surfactants at home and abroad to carry out development, but the type less, so this kind of surface active agent carried out in-depth and extensive research is very necessary. In this design, with N, N - two methyl propyl twocondensation of amines with twelve alkyl fatty acid methyl esters prepared twelve alkyl amide propyl two methyl amine, further and 2 hydroxy 3 chlorpromazine phosphate reaction, to obtain a series of new twelve alkyl amido phosphate betaine. The series products have excellent application performance.
