图3.3是不同反应时间产物的XRD图,从图3.3可知在反应物与熔融盐比为1:3,反应温度为1000℃下分别在1h、3h、8h、9h、10h所得产物中除La2Zr2O7相以外还有ZrO2杂质相和La2O3杂质相的存在,这说明在这些条件下ZrO2和La2O3不能完全转化为La2Zr2O7。由图3.3中的1h、3h、8h、9h、10h曲线可以看出:随着反应时间的加长, ZrO2(-322)、ZrO2(-232)、ZrO2(040)、ZrO2(-313)、La2O3(203)、La2O3(210)、La2O3(211)、La2O3(300)等晶面渐渐消失;并且随着反应时间的继续加长到8h以后La2Zr2O7的衍射峰强度增加。 锆酸镧陶瓷粉的制备+文献综述(16):http://www.751com.cn/huaxue/lunwen_1876.html
