设计总说明间甲酚是无色带有黄色的可燃液体,是树脂、医药、染料、农药、彩色胶片、香料的重要中间体,例如:染料C.I.、文生素E、农药除虫菊酯、传真用复印纸等。据资料统计,间甲酚的需求量一直将保持年均7%~10%左右的高速增长,目前产量不能满足国内市场需求,每年都需要进口相当数量的间甲酚。随着人们对精细化学品的开发和研究,间甲酚的用处越来越广泛,需求量越来越大。36029
间甲酚的合成工艺有四种成熟的实验室合成方法。经过反复比较和确认,本设计最终采用工业化可行性和可操作性最大的间甲苯胺重氮化法。并以此工艺路线为基准开发并转化为实际工业生产过程。
采用现在市场中方便易得的工艺生产所需的原料,确定物料来源、价格和规格等,确定每种原料及最终成品的物性数据等。并利用邻硝基苯乙酸的工艺研究中的确定的最佳工艺参数:间甲苯胺、亚硝酸钠、硫酸以摩尔比例:1:1.01:3;最适反应温度为5℃等,开发一个间甲苯胺新的用于工业生产的工艺过程。并进行物料和能量衡算。进而根据能量衡算确定生产过程使用的设备型号。
