摘要本实验合成了钼(Ⅵ)过氧络合物。以钼(Ⅵ)的过氧络合物为催化剂,用 叔丁基过氧化氢(TBHP)氧化乙苯制备苯乙酮,考察了催化剂的种类、反应时间、 反应温度、氧化剂用量和催化剂用量等反应条件对乙苯氧化反应的影响。在优化 条件下,即乙苯 0.53g、溶剂乙酸 14ml、催化剂 0.178g、TBHP18g,在 80℃反应 36h、乙苯的转化率达到 98.52%、苯乙酮的收率达到 90%。本文所研究的液相催 化氧化乙苯合成苯乙酮的工艺路线具有绿色环保、条件温和、成本低廉等优点, 为氧化合成其它有机物探索出了一条可循之路,具有一定的参考价值。68421

Title Research on Catalytic Oxidation of ethylbenzene to acetophenone
Abstract In this text, molybdenum(VI) peroxo complex are synthesized.With tert-Butyl Hydro- peroxide(TBHP) as oxidant and the prepared catalysts,ethybenzene can be efficiently oxidized to acetophenone. The effect of catalyst kind and amount, reactiontemperature, oxidant amount and reaction time were investigated under the following optimal con- ditions: 0.53g of ethylbenzene , 14ml of acetic acid as solvent 0.178g of catalyst and 18g of TBHP ,80 as reaction temperature , time of 36h,the conversion of ethylbenzene and the yield of acetophenone is 98.52%and 90% respectively.The craft route of synthesis of acetophenone by oxidation of ethylbenzene which was studied in this text has many advantages such as environmental friendly,conditions moderately and lowest costing.This experiment will open up a new way that can be followed by green synthesis of other organic compounds and can be viewed as a reference to some extent.
